Losing 10 pounds in a month is not a big deal, but maintaining such a routine is really a big deal. Most of the people (almost 90 percent) who lose 10 pounds in a month gain again in the next month. Walking is much easier and convenient as compared to exercise. So to make things simple and easy, add walking to your routine. Walk at least one mile a day on regular basis.
